I mentioned in a previous post that I had the main npc cast of Jade Regent present for my GF's kingmaker, I had already determined how to introduce Kikonu replacing a few Candlemere encounters.
My question was on how to incorporate the Frozen Shadow? Put simply, they somehow found out about Ameiko even without the Seal and have devoted their resources to killing her and the fledgling kingdom she has grown around her (partial truth as far as they know: she's actually the grand diplomat) in fear of her amassing forces to attack Minkai.
I planned on having the group the party would normally deal with in Kalsgard as part of Hargulka's 'kingdom.' Thoughts?
