Entropy, Fear, and Tyranny Subdomains... can't actually use them?

So, I purchased the Blood of Fiends book specifically because the Additional Resources said the subdomains are legal in PFS. But from what I'm reading, it doesn't appear you can actually use the listed subdomains at all. The book doesn't state who grants the actual subdomains, and unless I'm mistaken, that's sort of required in order to select them?

Book only provides a vague, "The following subdomains grant powers to those divine spellcasters whose power comes from patrons of Abaddon, the Abyss, or Hell."

You can acquire any one of those subdomains using the seperatist cleric archetype

What a fantastic introduction to Pathfinder Society. Only been playing for a couple weeks, and I already fell for the 'ol bait 'n switch routine.

I feel like I just got charged for demo software...

Rather than simply complaining, there are things you can do to try and find out.

1 - Bringing it up here is a good start.

2 - Check all the Additional Resources, including this link - James Jacobs is pretty good about answering questions of this nature, and this seems to be a perfect fit.

PFS is a community of Pathfinder players and GMs. We all love the game, and we all want to be able to play and have fun - ask for help in figuring stuff out with the system before resorting to the negative, and you'll find things will tilt your way much more often :)

Yeah, I already combed through all that before posting, but thank you all the same. And I apologize for the negativity. I forgot to take selective channeling. :P

It would be nice to get an updated subdomains list to include all paizo subdomain choices however that is a pathfinder RPG thing not a PFS thing, till then the best you can do as a player is use the archetype that allows access to domains you do not normally have.

The only other option is hoping Mike Brock says all deities that have X domains have those subdomains

While most of the deities I'm about to mention make terrible PFS gods (simply because of their nature), I'd say that since the subdomains you noted are listed in the additional resources as legal choices, then they apply as stated. Here is why.

Additional Resources states that any of the Deities listed on pages 231 and 234 are legal for play. That list includes the Archdevils, Demon Lords, and Horsemen. Those creatures represent the patrons of Hell, The Abyss, and Abaddon respectively. Therefore, if you follow any of those deities as a spellcaster (specifically thinking either Cleric or Inquisitor as those require you to follow a deity to gain your powers), you are eligible for the appropriate subdomains depending on whether they have law, evil, or chaos as normally granted domains.
