Might be a quick answer to this one, but since I and my group couldn't really determine a solid answer figured I'd drop it in here. Basically a player in the group gained the Lycanthropy template and it was uncertain whether they could talk in hybrid or animal form. I know in 3.5 it was fairly clear that a lycanthrope, or in fact most people that shifted forms with magic or abilities, couldn't speak unless the form they shifted to allowed it but in pathfinder I'm not so sure.
So, thoughts?

Natural can definitely do it, but afflicted 'forget their identity'. I would think the whole being a wolf thing would infer there isn't much of a speech thing going on, but I don't see anything stating it explicitly.
Lycanthropes, for anyone who needs to read up.
