Running "Expedition to Castle Ravenloft"

Advice

Anyone have experience converting this to pathfinder? I'm just replacing most of the monsters with CR-equivalent Pathfinder baddies, but I want to do more with some of the NPCs, but I don't want to break the game.

For instance, I want to make Ashlyn an Inquisitor instead of a paladin. Originally written, she has full plate and relies on her sword, but I want her to be in chain mail and using a crossbow. When you first meet her, she is swarmed by zombies (I'm going to use these stats for them http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/undead/zombie/zombie-apoc alypse), and I'm wondering if she could survive such an onslaught.

I'm also thinking of changing Danovich the fallen priest from a cleric to an alchemist, fluffing it to say he retrained so that he could fine the power to reanimate his son.

And I'm going to change the warlocks into Witches.

that's my plan so far, any advice on what to do otherwise?

have fun,

I did this a while back and didn't raise the CR appropriately and my players breezed through every thing I threw at them. Strahd was killed right out basicly so he came back in his Golem coffin and fought them as robo strahd

What do you mean by "appropriately?" So far I raised Strahd's level by one so that his CR would be equal, of course I also rebuilt him from the ground up as a Pathfinder Necromancer

I would say make him at least CR15

Throw in some Mythic levels and give them a run for their money!
