Hrllo guys,
trying to make the Rage Prophet useful...
the knack
It's common knowledge to use the oracle's lame curse to rage cycle because it grants immunity to fatigue. On higher levels that oracle curse grants immunity to exhaustion Rage cycle with 10 feet range. Ye, let's play the Titan mauler and cycle his titanic rage.
(It is lvl 16 and no earlier, but it's rage cycle with std. rage till then. )
The obvious choices for feats...
Rage Powers
Superstitous rage power gives us the saves we need.
CAGM - nothing to see here people...
Witch Hunter, Spell Sunder - must have barbarian powers
Strength Surge
knockback
knockdown
unexpected strike
Reckless abbandon
Beast Totem * 3
quick reflexes
That's a lot of rage powers, but they're worth it.
Feats
Eldritch Heritage and Improved Eldritch Heritage(Orc Bloodline:Strength of the beast)
Raging Vitality
Raging Brutality
Extra Revelation
Revelation Strike
That's going to be tough, i'd be grateful for input here.
Revelations
Spirit of the Warrior gants +4 on all physical stats for 1 to 10 rounds.
(Not great in a long fight, but the way this one burns rage rounds 10 rounds is about it anyway.)
Spirit Shield: That's up to 12 ac, without maximum dexterity modifier a real armor would give us. (I'm not too sure on this one, but couldn't argue otherwise. Spirit shield just hasnt got a max. dex. bonus)
Now to the questions this build still proposes:
A Revelation Strike is like 20d6 to stuff - problem is that it is unarmed, any idea's?
So many good opportunities with switch actions, which one to pick?
Reckless abbandon or high ac+high toHit bonus?
This one burns, and i mean burns, rage rounds.(Up to 7 rounds of rage per combat round.)
pro:
+6 inherit strength
+6 from greater rage
+4 to all stats
+12 ac without max. dex.
+10 feet range
+ Weapon dmg throught size and class
contra:
-2 str+con from mighty rage
-1 rage power
-3 Feats from the Eldritch Heritage tree
- 5 to 10 Rage Rounds on full steam
Is that worth it at all?
May a part of it be used to any success?
