So, I've read on several posts in different areas that kinda hint that you can keep using cantrips over and over and over again...
But I'm pretty sure that they also have limited spell slots? A magus at level 1 can cast 3 lvl 0 spells per day, correct?
Does anyone know why a high intelligence doesn't increase the number of 0-level spells you can cast per day?
I know that if you use a cantrip, you don't forget it and can use it again that day, but thats only assuming you can cast another spell of that level that day correct?

Simple answer? Cause 3.5 did it. If you look at how it is calculated though, you would get 2 bonus spells for a spellcasting score of 18 or higher and you would get a bonus 0 level spell for an ability score of 10. Bonus spells are meant to be an added benefit for having a high ability score. You can't easily change it without mucking up more of the system.

Could I get a quote from pathfinder saying I can use cantrips all I want everyday, regardless of the spells per day restriction? I know the same cantrip be can used more than once per day regardless of how many times it was prepared, but I don't see the whole "You can cast as many cantrips everyday as you want to" line.

Cantrips: A magus can prepare a number of cantrips, or 0-level spells, each day, as noted on Table 1–1 under “Spells per Day.” These spells are cast like any other spell, but they are not expended when cast and may be used again.
Ultimate Magic, Page 9, for the Magus. Similar text for other classes should be in the relevant class description for any other caster.

Yes... I understand the spell isn't expended, but aren't you still limited by how many cantrips a day you can cast??
I find the effect of "not expended" like (but with obvious differences) to:
"Spell Recall (Su): At 4th level, the magus learns to use his arcane pool to recall spells he has already cast. With a swift action he can recall any single magus spell that he has already prepared and cast that day by expending a number of points from his arcane pool equal to the spell's level (minimum 1). The spell is prepared again, just as if it had not been cast."
Which takes an expended spell and makes it usable again. But that doesn't mean that once you've run out of level 1 spells that you can recall shocking grasp and cast it again, unless I'm wrong? I thought that once you've used X spells per day as granted from intelligence and the graph that you simply cannot cast anymore of those spells that day.
Does spells per day limit how many I can prepare per day? or cast per day?
"A magus can cast only a certain number of spells of each spell level per day. His base daily spell allotment is given on the table above."

I found something that helps me see what they mean a bit more under sorcerer.
"Cantrips: Sorcerers learn a number of cantrips, or 0-level spells, as noted on Table: Sorcerer Spells Known under “Spells Known.” These spells are cast like any other spell, but they do not consume any slots and may be used again."
I think a little more text in the other sections would have helped with that. Sorry it took me so much to see it, but it does seem to be the intent.
Thanks guys!

For example:
I am a first-level magus. On Monday, I prepare the cantrips Read Magic, Detect Magic and Acid Orb. I can cast any of these cantrips as many times as I want, all day long. I might cast Acid Orb 37 times, Read Magic 19 times, and Detect Magic only once.
On Tuesday, I prepare Light, Mage Hand and Prestidigitation. I can cast each of these spells as many times as I want over the course of the day.
Note that I cannot cast any cantrips that I did not prepare. On Monday, I cannot cast Mage Hand; on Tuesday, I cannot cast Read Magic.
I can also prepare 2 first-level spells (1 because I am a first-level magus, 1 more because my INT is 16). Suppose I prepare Shocking Grasp and Grease. I can cast each of these spells once.
