So my half-elf character just advanced to level 11.
We're looking at Alchemist 9 (Vivisectionist/Internal Alchemist)/Rogue 2
His attributes (modified by race, level, and magic) are STR 11, DEX 19, CON 13, INT 22, WIS 10, CHA 9.
He's used his class bonus for HP, before you ask.
His discoveries so far are Infusion, Feral Mutagen, Combine Extracts, Preserve Organs (selected once), Spontaneous Healing, & Healers Touch.
His rogue talents are Bleeding Attack (which he got through the Vivisectionist option of trading in a Discovery for it), and Trap Spotter.
His current feats are Extra Discovery 3x, Weapon Finesse & Master Alchemist.
As far as extracts I have, they are as follows:
Level 1: Shield, True Strike, Enlarge Person, Deathwatch, Identify, Touch of the Sea, Aram Zey's Focus.
Level 2: Alchemical Allocation, Anthromorphic Animal (surgery only), Barkskin, Fire Breath, Touch Injection, Cure Moderate Wounds
Level 3: Monstrous Physique I, Amplify Elixir, Thorn Body, Displacement, Awaken & Baleful Polymorph (surgery only)
So, what 2 extracts should I choose?
