Dear Customer Service-
I am inquiring as to whether June subscription shipments are still in the process of being shipped as I have yet to receive my shipping confirmation email. I understand that sometimes it takes a bit more than a week and it is the luck of the draw where you fall in the order at times. I await your reply regarding this matter and hope you all have a pleasant Monday.

Mine's still pending too. A couple days later than usual. At least it's not just me. We can be sad together.
Mine also (#2620157) is still pending. It is now 11 days since the 'in a week or so' email.
I have friends who where dispatched with the same content, to the same town (in the UK) a week ago on Monday - yet mine is till pending.
A delay may be excusable. A delay with no communication and no apology is not.
Your products are good, your customer service is good, your communication on delays is, as previously, not up to the standards of the rest of the company.

This item should be en route to us from our supplier. If you would like me to move that item back to your sidecart for shipping with next month's subscription, just let me know.

Your order was being held up for an erroneous reason. I have poked this order and it should ship as soon as possible.
We have the plans to update many of our automated emails & notifications, however this will most likely not be addressed until after PaizoCon, when the tech team has some time.

Mine is not pending....but I am still not getting tracking data.
I think it shipped last monday...but...with no tracking data I have no idea where it is.
Second month in a row with no tracking data...anyone else have this problem?
Mail Innovations recently made a change to their tracking system and it is not currently working with our shipping system. We are looking into getting this fixed as soon as possible but it likely won't happen until after PaizoCon.

Thanks Justin! In the back of my mind I kinda figured it was some kind of computer issue since I heard you had changed shippers.
