Bloatmage capstone ability

The ability says that it can only be used once per day, but does that mean a bloat mage can only drink a blood-potion once/day or that he can only make a blood-potion once/day?

Re-reading it, I'm not sure.

It could easily be read as "1/day drink fresh, bottle, or drink bottled" or "1/day drink fresh, bottle; Unlimited drinks of pre-bottled blood".

I'm guessing RAI is more restrictive, but it's not clear from the text.
