I am thinking Half-Elf Ranger Guide possibly dipping druid or rogue at a later level so went Dex main (16) with Wis (14) and took Agile Maneuvers for my first feat. For flavor I want to use a spear as a main weapon, and was wondering if PFS considers it a straight 2 handed weapon, or if I can use it as a dual weapon later with spear head damage(1d8)/ quarterstaff damage(1d6) depending on the end that is hitting? Also any advice would be welcomed as I am new to this system and have been away from gaming for a dozen years.

Since PFS is Organized Play the people running the scenarios have to run them 'as written'. This means a spear is just a spear. If you want something with a spearhead that is also double weapon there are plenty of choices: double weapons. Look for anything with two damage entries separated by a slash. For example the tahaia is 1d10/1d6.
Note this is in a book that is non-core, meaning you need to bring a copy of it (or watermarked PDF) and check the additional resources page to make sure the option is allowed in PFS (not all items in all books are legal).
