Hello,
In one of my campaign, one of my player (his PC is human) had children with a fey (i.e a dryad). For several outside reasons, we stopped the campaign.
Now, i'll launch again the campaign 15 years later (in game-time) and this player'd like to play one of the children.
The idea is fun, but...
I checked the races and i don't find what could be an off-spring of an human and a fey.
May be i missed it.
I don't play with OGL, but if there is good stuff, why not?
I thougth for this race as something like half-elf or tiefling: i vaguely remember of an half-fey somewhere, but i believe it was too "overpowered".
1) Do you know if something not too strong exists?
2) if not exists, how could be this race?

See the fey creature template from Bestiary 3. It would result in a powerful race, however.
Fey Foundling trait or Arcane Heritage: fey bloodline feat could be other useful tricks if you don't want to go full-blown template.

My suggestion is to use the Elf, and then take a bunch of alternate racial features from the Advanced Player's Guide section on elves to distinguish the "half-fey" from "normal elves". (Like swapping out "elf culture" abilities like weapon familiarity, but keeping "elf biology" abilities like immunity to sleep, etc.)
Elves are already pretty close to being fey for humanoids. The character won't actually BE an "elf". For the purposes of things that care about subtypes, treat them as human. (Humanoid racial subtypes are equal in power level when speaking about Race Points and building new races, so there should be no big deal to just swap one for the other in an existing race.)

There's a Half-Fey template in WotC's Fiend Folio.
As-is, using that template will make for a fairly powerful race. The character would gain wings with accompanying fly speed, several SLAs (at HD 1-2, you'd have charm person at will, and hypnotism 1/day, and either faerie fire or glitterdust 1/day, plus as HD grows, more SLAs are added to this list), and ability score adjustments of DEX +2, CON -2, WIS +2, CHA +4.
This should provide a fairly decent baseline that could be reduced down to a race equivalent to the aasimar and tiefling races, however.

Okay so, I think it should be okay to post revised stats here, right? Since it's all OGL?
Here's my take on a "modified elf" version of a "half-fey"
Ability scores: +2 Dex, +2 Cha, -2 Con
Medium
Humanoid (human)
Speed 30 feet.
Speaks Common and Sylvan. Bonus languages: Celestial, Draconic, Elven, Gnoll, Gnome, Goblin, and Orc.
"Fey" Immunities: Immune to magic sleep effects. +2 racial on saves vs. enchantment.
Impetuous Grace: Half-fey are naturally lithe and agile, and tend to rush into situations without thinking. They receive Run as a bonus feat and a +2 racial bonus on initiative checks.
Woodcraft: Half-fey know the deep secrets of the wild like no others, especially secrets of the forests. They gain a +1 racial bonus on Knowledge (nature) and Survival checks. In forest terrain, these bonuses improve to +2.
Low-light Vision

Alternatively, if you get rid of Woodcraft, you can change their creature type to Fey instead of humanoid, without overbalancing them at all.

Fey Magic (see below) (+2)
Hypnotic (+2)
SENSES
Low-Light Vision (+0)(Free from Fey type)
WEAKNESS
Weakened natural armor (-1 nat armor, if any) (-1)
Cold iron vulnerability (-1)
TOTAL (+13)
Fey Magic (Modified from Gnome Magic): Prerequisite: Fey subtype; Benefit: Members of this race gain a +1 bonus to the DC of any saving throws against illusion spells they cast. Members of this race with a Charisma score of 11 or higher also gain the follow spell-like abilities; 1/day--Dancing Lights, Charm Person, Tap Inner Beauty, Faerie Fire. The caster level for these effects is equal to the user's level. The DC for the spell-like abilities is equal to 10 + the spell's level + the user's Charisma modifier.
