Rolled 8.
With the 2 points remaining after direct intervention it is enough to advance the kobolds' civilization once more - because they live on a thicket of mangroves growing on shallow sea, they will invent the boats and rafts big enough to contain their civilization.
No points left.
er... next round
3d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 1) = 4
so advance the scorpion men once more and save 1 pt for later i guess
Hmm, while this is a somewhat interesting exercise, this isn't the best way to make civilisations to game inside of. You can make a lot of rolls, and the dice gods can be amusing, but design isn't just relying on dice.
Rolled 11. All go into stockpile.
System broke down after that first roll...
roll 3d6=9 Stockpile(14)
Rolled 14.
Advance kobold civilization to herd/tame numerous insects, serpents and lizards living on the mangroves. (10 points)
Command kobolds to build a city in the mangrove tangle branches and on rafts between the roots. (8 points)
7 points left.
3d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 1) = 12
so comand the scorpion men to build a city at triangle 8, 5pts left
Rolled 7. I think I'll put it into stockpile.
Total points 14.
3d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 5) = 7

Woho. Rolled 17... Why I don't have such rolls when rolling damage?

3d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 2) = 11
stockpiling for 23...
I think our world is slowly dying...
Rolled 9. Stockpile reaches 20 points.
3d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 4) = 8
spenind 22 pts to create a race of snake-people in square 9, pool is now 9 pts

Wow... 16... I rarely roll so high on 3d6.
I have exact number of point required to create a new race... Which I think I'll do.
The wet and warm marshes of triangle 7 give birth to a race of newly sapient plant-humanoids. (22 points)
3d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 6) = 10
spending 22pt to make another race in triangle 7, a bunch of bug-men that have a symbiotic relationship with the plant-humanoids
2pt left
roll 3d6=10 (stockpile = 38)
Rolled 9. Stockpiling for a total of 9.

0pt remaining
roll 3d6=8 (stockpile 52)

stock 9

I doubt I'll get enough points to clean after the yellow dingocalypse.
This looks like a lot of fun.

Rolled seven for a total of 70.
201? Enough to do something bad to every triangle of the world at once...
ay, so lets see what happens
Cant accept yours. You need to spend it on what you need to do because What I'm doing marks the end of the First Age...
Roll 3d6=12 (Stockpile 116)
Achieve what you can...it gets to be your setting History.
