Vestigial arms do not give you extra attacks.
Now what happens if you're a cat folk with Catfolk Exemplar race feat and you take sharp claws.
Benefit: You can take the Aspect of the Beast feat even if you do not meet the normal prerequisites. Furthermore, your catlike nature manifests in one of the following ways. You choose the manifestation when you take this feat, and cannot change it later.
Sharp Claws (Ex): If you do not have the cat's claws racial trait or the claws of the beast manifestation from the Aspect of the Beast feat, you gain the cat's claws racial trait. If you have either the cat's claws racial trait or the claws of the beast manifestation, your claw damage increases to 1d6.
Now if you have barbarian levels and you take the rage power
Beast Totem, Lesser (Su)
Benefit: While raging, the barbarian gains two claw attacks. These attacks are considered primary attacks and are made at the barbarian’s full base attack bonus. The claws deal 1d6 points of slashing damage (1d4 if Small) plus the barbarian’s Strength modifier.
Vestigial arms do not give you extra attacks by themselves but if you rage could you use the Vestigial arms in order to get barbarian claw attacks from Beast Totem, Lesser. 4 attacks

I believe it works like this: If you're not able to perform the exact same attacks without using the vestigial arms, then it doesn't work.
That is not quite it.
You cannot make more attacks than you would normally be able to.
So, no four dagger attacks.
Now, normally, you could attack with an unarmed strike, armor spikes, and both claw attacks.
So, if you attack with two daggers, then two claws, you are fine, because there are no extra attacks happening.

Where in the question do you see anything that mentions daggers attacks?

Really?
Of course it does not call out "dagger" attacks.
I just used it as an example of held weapon attacks.
This is to help easily visualize and understand what an "extra" attack is.
That why I put this as a separate question.
You're getting the other attacks from the barbarian power Beast Totem, Lesser (Su) 2 claws and 2 claw attacks from racial cat folk trait claws. I've seen other discussion using these Beast Totem, Lesser (Su) 2 claws attacks using their feet. You're using the Vestigial arms in conjunction with barbarian power Beast Totem. All you did in your response was substitute out two claw attacks for two daggers. You're using Vestigial arms to attack with the claws. That's 4 attacks. We're saying the same thing only mine is with claws.

The Claws are giving you extra attacks.
At this point, I am unsure what you are asking, if you know the answer.
So, you have four claws, and those abilities giving you the claws, are giving you extra attacks.
The arms, are not giving you extra attacks themselves, and therefore, the restrictions of the Discovery are met.
Is this what you are asking?
