Assuming that your Charisma modifier is high enough to have more than one creature designated as an ally, does the 10th level part of the ability mean once per day total, or once per day for each designated ally?
Once per day total.
As a side note, though, it might be nice to mention what the ability you're talking about actually is. It took a little searching to figure out this was an Oracle Revelation from the Nature Mystery.
