I emailed customer.service@paizo.com on Fri, Jun 7, 2013 at 1:16 PM about my Kickstarter Pledge and adding one of the Alpha levels. I managed to remain patient enough yesterday, but I'm a little worried that it might not have gotten through. I've verified that I'm still receiving email, and that there's nothing from paizo.com in my Spam folder.
Can you please verify that I am using the correct email address, and give me an idea of when I should expect a reply?

That's the correct address. I contacted them on May 8th regarding the pledge manager and heard back on the 13th, so I think you've got a few more days before I'd worry. I'd bet they're pretty busy, and may have to get ahold of other people to get an answer to your question (mine, for example, was routed through Rich Baker).
