Spellcasting Errata or RAW?

Under Magic->Concentration->Spell, the last line in the PRD and core book says:

For a spell with no saving throw, it’s the DC that the spell’s saving throw would have if a save were allowed (10 + spell level + caster’s ability score).

Does it actually mean caster's ability score or caster's ability score modifier?

That's a mistake. It means the modifier of the caster's casting stat. There's not really a non-awkward way to phrase that, I guess.
