Besmara's Bicorn doesn't appear as a legal item for play under the God's & Magic listing, yet it is listed on a chronicle sheet. Does it change anything having that chronicle sheet? If not, why list it?

If its on a chronicle sheet it becomes a legal item for anyone with that sheet... that may in fact be WHY its not a legal item, to make the chronicle relevant.

As the GtPFSOP says, anything on a Chronicle sheet becomes Always Available for the PC with that Chronicle Sheet.

ALthough, as normal, you would need a copy of the rules resource the item is in, although you should only need to bring the page with the item itself on it.

Are you sure it is Besmara's Bicorn and not the newer Tricorn version? What chronicle are you referring to (spoiler if necessary}?

Bob, it's:

Severing Ties

Hmmm, I hadn't noticed that. Yes, since it appears on a chronicle, it is legal for anyone who earns said chronicle. I do find it interesting an item that, presumably, was banned for being unbalanced, would now be added as a boon item, especially since there is a legal "replacement" item (Tricorn) that essentially serves the same function.
