Bioware Versus and Convertions

Bioware has made some great games over the years... Several great games with the same repeating characters (types). I want to match these characters, choose the best of them, and then stat them out into the uber BW party... It's easiest to make the comparison from the big 3: KotOR 1 & 2, ME 1-3, and DA 1 & 2. Round 1: FIGHT!

The "stick in the mud":
Carth vs Rand vs Kaiden vs Alistair

The "badass":
Cancerous vs Wrex vs Ohgren

The "mentor":
Bindo vs Treya vs Anderson vs Wynne

The "Plucky one":
Mission vs Tali vs Leliana

The list goes on...

I would think Carth would win out of the "stick in the mud" category. I think Wrex would win the badass category, and either Bindo or Anderson for the mentor. The plucky one is a tough one to call.

I like the villains the Dragon Age series better than most of the villains from the other Bioware series, but I like the supporting characters from KOTOR and ME more than DA.

How would you even go about converting Mass Effect classes?
Soldier = gunslinger
Engineer= alchemist
Infiltrator = ninja
Vanguard = battle scion (kobold press)
Adept = wiz/ sorc
Sentinel = arcane trickster

???

Alistar - Sword and Board Paladin or Cavalier who failed at Paladin School/Denied his calling
Wrex - Some Sorta Monsterous Race built from Advanced Race Guide Barbarian
Bindo - Magus or Transmuter Wizard, if you like 3PP, I'd say go Psionics.
Leliana - Rogue or Urban Ranger with a bow, maybe cross class assassin, or archery bard/assassin? You could build her so many ways. Maybe even Bard X/Assassin X/Oracle X for her revelation.

And Anders and Justice were so much better in Awakenings than DA2 after they merged into a giant douche...
