Wondrous Items for Touch attack?

Hey guys!
I'm thinking why can't you craft a wondrous item with an acid orb as spell?
This could also open up many other touch attack possibilities.

I presume you mean something like a set of gloves that allows you to cast a touch spell x times per day?

Anytime you wander into custom magic item territory (which this is unless I've missed it's existence somewhere, also, I'm unable to look it up right now) then you are completely subject to GM discretion. So, if you can't, it's b/c the GM won't let you.

You should speak to your GM and see what your options are for custom magic items.
