Celestial Totem, Lesser (How does it work?) PART II

I beleive that RAI and RAW on Celestial Totem, Lesser rage power may be up in the air. I just asked a question on whether by RAW CT,L works with the Renewed Vigor. I guess by Raw it does not and by RAI, maybe.

However, the next question I have is the opposite. PSRD wrote the following for Celestial Totem, Lesser:

Whenever she is subject to a spell that cures hit point damage, she heals 1 additional point of damage per caster level. In the case of non-spell healing effects (such as channeled energy or lay on hands), she heals a number of additional points equal to the class level of the character performing the magical healing. This does not affect fast healing or regeneration.

I bolded the wording relevant to my question. So how does Celestial Totem, Lesser work with wands? By RAW, a 12th level rogue using a first level wand would add 12 to every cure light casted via wand onto the barbarian. Something tells me that RAI did not mean this to be the case.

I am wondering how others agree or disagree with my interpretation of RAW and RAI on this rage power, before I attempt to make a build.

Of the six posts in the last thread you made, 2 were other posters saying Renewed Vigor should work, and four were you replying to yourself.

It's just a little bizarre to see you post this new thread in this manner.

And to answer the question in this thread: a spell cast from a wand is not a non-spell effect.

Thanks for answering my question. I overlooked the non-spell healing effect.

I don't understand why it was bizarre to post a new thread for a different question, however, albeit on the topic of the same rage power.

Last, I responded to those who responded to my post. Is that improper on these forums. I thought these messageboards were like ongoing conversations.
