Just recieved this order today and after packing was saddenedto not the arcane dungeons map is damaged. It appears to be a folding problem since the issue is with one of the interior folds. Along the inside fold the map is dented and the laminate that covers the map is bubbling/blistering. It spand the entire fold (about 1/3rd of the map width. The other side facing thi sis also dented but not as badly and shoes none of the bubbling. What can I do to correct this?
I think it's a common, maybe even universal, problem with these, maybe stemming from the new paper stock (?) I got two copies, both apparently undamaged from the look of the packaging and each had a "crescent" crease like you describe (in identical places). If it is universal, that may mean its unrectifiable. :(
FWIW, I laid a massive pile of books on my two and they improved a lot (the marks are still visible, but the maps are now usable to me anyhow).

The paperstock for Arcane Dungeons is a bit thicker than what we were expecting, and the heavier stock is causing warping in the packaging process for some flip-mats. Laying the map out and placing heavy books on top of the creases should cause the map to flatten-out after a period of time; this has helped some customers with this issue make the flip-mat usable.
