So I've searched and can't seem to find solid rules but one of my players contacted lycanthropancy when he was young and wants to learn to control it with an amulet which has a part to play in the story.my question is what are the effects to his characters stats, feats, abilities, etc in hybrid as well as full lycan mode? Any help would be appreciated.

Try the Lycanthrope template.

Note that infected lycanthropes go on uncontrolled rampages during the full moon - the player is NOT in charge. Infection is a bad thing.

If he does gain control, then he's gained powerful new abilities; don't make it too cheap, the stuff you gain is comparable to gaining one or more levels.
