scar hex, spell hex -cure light wounds, undead

Say you have the spell hex feat tied too clw. You have the scar hex that the undead failed against. The scar hex allows you to apply a hex upto a mile away. You then use your clw hex to damage it. Is it an auto hit, is it getting a save, what happens?

You'd treat it as though you successfully hit with the touch attack. The undead saves as normal.
