Ok, I'm looking to build a sorc(draconic)/oracle(flame)/mystic theurge. Now I know what you are all thinking: no bloodline/revelation powers and later entry into MT. Yeah, I've heard it all before. BUT my GM (wrongly, meh) interpreted the rules to mean that I'll keep advancing my bloodline, revelation, and curse. Now, with that in mind, could this workout? If no, tell me why. If yes, two questions: are my bloodline/mystery choices good? Second, should I go wordcaster for any (or both) of my classes, or should I just take experimental spell caster and get undeath. Either way, I want to be able to animate without material costs. Thanks in advance!

Well your DM is partially correct actually. Curses would continue to go up.
Each oracle is cursed, but this curse comes with a benefit as well as a hindrance. This choice is made at 1st level, and once made, it cannot be changed. The oracle’s curse cannot be removed or dispelled without the aid of a deity. An oracle’s curse is based on her oracle level plus one for every two levels or Hit Dice other than oracle. Each oracle must choose one of the following curses. (emphasis mine)
That being said since you're keeping your class abilities to par (sort of), but only losing spellcasting it's doable. Not sure I would want to play it, but that's not what you're asking.
As for wordcasting I would actually probably throw it on Oracle and leave Sorcerer as is, but experimental spell caster may work better for you. The base line Sorcerer/Wizard spells should be sufficient to get your bonus (I assume you're going with a dragon type that gives bonuses to fire). If you're not looking at blasting and wann do the whole undead master I would actually suggest taking the Orc bloodline and Bones Mystery. You may see more benefit that way.

I think I'm going to keep with my current mystery and bloodline (I'm going with golden dragon). I do agree with keeping sorcerer normal and only going with words for the oracle. I think I still get the cure spells as spells known, right? When I get to the right level, I mean. And one more question: because I get a caster level for each of my two caster classes each level from MT, does that mean at level 20, for example, I'd get 30x4 HD of undead instead of the normal 20x4?

For caster level, you would be casting as either an arcane or divine caster, and would use the appropriate caster level for the spell. For example, a 4 sorc/3 cleric/10 MT would cast as a 14th level sorcerer and a 13th level cleric. If you cast create undead as a sorcerer it would be at caster level 14 and if you cast it as a cleric it would be at caster level 13.
