Bull Rushing a mounted knight into another mounted knight

Rules Questions

So this just happened in a PBP game I'm in. I have no idea how it should be resolved-

An ogre Bull Rushed a horse into an adjacent horse (10 foot bull rush). Both horses are mounted by knights with a Ride score of about +8

The horse that got Bull Rushed had just been hit with a Tanglefoot Bag (made it's save so its entangled, but not stuck to the ground)

The whole area is Difficult Terrain.

So here's some questions:

1) Does a rider automatically move with their mount if the mount moves involuntarily? Do they risk falling out of the saddle?

2) If you bull rush a creature into another creature, does the second creature move as well, or are the creatures forced to share the same space? (there is another horse and rider in line after the second one, so the domino effect could continue even further)

3) Can two large creatures and two medium creatures share the same 10' square?

4) What are the Ride check DCs to deal with this mess?

I'm not sure what the "official" ruling may be, but I think I would just have the two horses (and riders as well) follow the rules for squeezing. That will prevent too much book keeping as 50 horses push against each other or whatever. I would have the rider move w/ his horse unless he took a riding check to jump off. As to what the ride check should be, I'd check out the ride skill and pick something appropriate. Can't look up anything right now.

Liberty's Edge

1) The rider would automatically move with the mount. There is no risk of falling out of the saddle.

2) This is covered in the bull rush description. The ogre makes a second bull rush attempt at -4 vs. the second mount. If successful, he pushes both horses (with riders); if unsuccessful, the first horse stops when adjacent to the second horse.

3) No. Mounted riders are a special case. Otherwise, there is no option for creatures larger than Tiny to share the same space unless one of the creatures is 3 size categories larger/smaller than the other, such as Small with Huge.

There is no RAW option for two creatures of the same size to share the same space by squeezing, but it is a fairly frequent house rule. By RAW, squeezing only comes into play when squeezing into or through a space that is too small due to terrain (walls), or when squeezing past another creature, but ending in a squeeze due to another creature isn't permitted. For example, an ogre could squeeze past a fighter in a 10' wide hallway to get to the delicious wizard beyond, but he must completely clear the fighter.

4) Ride rules don't apply by RAW.
