I am working on a design for a character that is a Warforged Druid in Forgotten Realms. He uses woodworking to create items that he wields or wears that honors treants that he has done task for in the past or that have earn respect in his mind.
He will be entering Landforged Prg Class from Xen'Drik book and then Master of Many forms.
I use this as he starts off attune more to natures side of things plants and vermin. Then he moves into wanting a understanding of animals, humanoids, etc. His mentality is the Gentle giant that finds life should be cherish. He has a special mask that allows expression change much like Hexadecimal from Reboot. There are thin vines weaved into the top of the mask to the back to make the appearance of hair. Weapon of choice is a Great Club that is carved into a design of vines wrapping around towards a sun at the tip being grip by the vines. Mind you its just a carved design it would be masterwork.
I m running into a creative block cause I m trying to find a good Companion for him. Its a 3.5 game and I don't think that a Animal would best suit him unless someone can explain how to work a simple animal into the mix.
Any input or ideas would be much appreciated .
