Oracle question

I've been thinking about playing a battle mystery oracle and am interested in the skill at arms mystery. what I am wondering if the proficiency with heavy armor allows the oracle to cast spells without a chance of spell failure like they can with light and medium armor. the book does not touch on this so I am wondering what other people think

It's called arcane spell failure chance. Divine spells (the kind oracles cast) risk no chance of failure due to armor.
