Noble Scion of War or Irrisen Icemage?
I'm making a caster who specializes in cold magic. Sorcerous Elemental (Water) bloodline will turn all the energy spells to cold, so I could take the Icemage feat for the +1 CL. Or I could take the Noble Scion to add my charisma to initiative instead of my dex.
Problem is, they both have to be taken at first level. And the character's an Aasimar, so I can only get one.

Noble Scion has a lot of flavour and potentially could be a solid source of contacts/roleplay options. Knowing people outside of the PC group is good. Kind of like using Knowledge skills for things other than monster identification: in some campaigns, it's going to be quite powerful, and in others it won't make a difference or never come up.

Irrisen Icemage.
What are your traits?
Are you core Aasimar?
Peri-blooded Aasimar. For traits I'm looking at Precocious Spellcaster and either Magical Knack or Magical Lineage. I'm planning her to have some levels in Oracle of Winter as well.
It's for a PFS character, so I don't think I'd be able to get as much flavor out of it as I would in a home game.
