Greetings and salutations one and all.
First, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Eric, and I am a 25 years old - living in Norway, currently studying. I am also employed as a waiter and spend my free time at the gym, with friends or playing Baldurs Gate.
I have always been interested in roleplaygames, and I have played one campaign of Vampire: The Masquerade & one game night of D&D (not sure what edition, this is many years ago).
There isn't really much community for these kinds of games where I live, and as I have grown up as a "jock" most of my friends are not the "RPG"-type of guys - hence I can not find anyone to play with.
I am brand new on this page and to Pathfinder - as such I am not entirely sure if I created my character on this website correctly nor am I 100% on all the rules. I do learn quickly though, but as such; I am looking for a team of both semi-experienced and fresh players for my first dungeon run.
I love to write and as such, I spend a lot of my time creating new characters for the no-reload challenge in Baldurs Gate (I'm a huge fan of permadeath).
I am able to post multiple times a day and therefor I am looking for active, serious (not too serious!) and patient players to play with.

Welcome to the boards!
May I recommend keeping an eye out for a Pathfinder Society (PFS) based game such as First Steps or similar?
By using the PFS format you might find it a slightly easier transition as all the rules are pretty clear and you can build a character that will be even with everyone else.
If you have questions etc on anything specific, post them up, most people are pretty helpful.
OK had a quick look at your sheet.
IF you play a PFS based game, your starting money will only be 150gp, not 175.
I also noticed you seem to have one too many Feats.
1 for Human, 1 for 1st level, 1 bonus for Fighter.
Also, is he wielding one sword, or one in each hand?
Also:
14(+2)/15/14/10/10/12 only equals 19 points, you get 20.

Isn't Weapon Focus an additional free starting feat for Fighters though?
Thank you on the statistics part, seems like my math skills are subpar!
Edit: Oh and at first I was considering dual-wielding, but I'm not entirely sure how that works - so instead he carries two and wields one (in case one of them breaks)

Not that I could see.
Looking at Fighters on the Core Rules Core Rules they get Weapon Training at Level 5.
Dual wielding may be an option, but is Feat intensive to do well.

Check your skills, or put the math in parenthesis to show how you got them, looks a little wonky to me. but fixable.8D
example Swim= +3(+3 str, +3class, +1 rank, -4 scalemail)
Also you have under attacks, +2 longsword (dmg info n such)
but with a strength of 16(+3)+1 BAB,+1 weapon focus, unless your dual wielding, it should be +5. If you're dual wielding it would be a lot worse, without the feats.
Anyway hope this helps. good luck and welcome to the forums. PbP, or play by post games, are a lot of fun if you can get into one. I too suffer from a lack of RPGing community where I live and fill that hole with PbP. Tho I'm currently only in two and don't have the time to run my own.

Hello Chakka!
Thank you for looking over my character, I decided to make another alias using the Hero Lab tool - perhaps that character is all proper? (Tyralus)
I'll be sure to go over my character and fix those items, thank you!
Hopefully I will be able to join one soon, hoping to use my Mage for said adventure. I still need to learn much concerning the rules, so for now I am mostly attempting to join PbP runs and read ongoing ones.
