It's easier for me to play a non caster. Less to think about.
Also with his intelligence and uh. . . Disposition, you can expect for the kitsune's more "entertaining" talents to be put to use.
Non lawful alignment + chaotic race disposition + low int + seductive character = yea. . .

Anyway, the character (if human, i migh have him full elf or one of the planar races) has some elvin blood, but not enough to really mean anything, just enough to make him look a little bit androgynous and his ears have a bit of a point.

Virskanra are seducers with a snake heritage. Thier spit is toxic enough to poison weapons, and acts as a sleep poison with a feat.

Keitsune are better enchanters, and in her case, have two genders.

Normal legs. Only things that betray snake heritage are eyes and tounge.

If you think you might use poisons then vishkanya
Otherwise I don't know which one to do.
Buuuut the bloodlines, I'd take sylvan so that means snake.

When you can poison things as a swift action (race thing) you tend to use poison.
And cross blooded serpent/slyvan.

And you don't have stats set up for Rouge all that well, i mean you could change it, but you'd be better with something that used charisma.
