Actions in a round

Can you use a move action to do a swift action?

Normally you can use a standard action to do another move action.

I allow this, but it's not RAW.

RAW is you only get one swift a round. You can get both a swift and an immediate though, immediate actions count as your swift action for your next turn.

Where is that indicated/found?

But you can't get both a swift and an immediate on the same turn, because an immediate action used on your own turn counts as the swift action for that same turn (instead of for your next turn).

Using an immediate action on your turn is the same as using a swift action and counts as your swift action for that turn. You cannot use another immediate action or a swift action until after your next turn if you have used an immediate action when it is not currently your turn (effectively, using an immediate action before your turn is equivalent to using your swift action for the coming turn). You also cannot use an immediate action if you are flat-footed.

I meant that if you used a swift on your turn, you could still use an immediate action later in that round (when its not your turn). I apologize for not making my meaning clear :) I do that when I post using my phone lol

You cannot swap a move for a swift from a purely RAW perspective.

I believe this is for balance purposes; otherwise you could technically have a caster pumping out 3 spells a turn (2 Quickened Spells [one using your base swift and a second by replacing move with a swift] and one standard).

I thought you could only do one spell in a round even if you had quicken spell, so doing more then one swift action in a round wouldn't matter.

Casting a quickened spell is a swift action. You can perform another action, even casting another spell, in the same round as you cast a quickened spell.
