So since there have beena few threads about lately discussing invisibility and stealth, I thought I would post this thread with 4 succinct questions that everybody can click FAQ on.

1. What is the DC to notice an active invisible creature that is less than 30 ft away and not using stealth? What about using stealth?

2. What is the DC to pinpoint an active invisible creature that is less than 30 ft away and not using stealth? What about using stealth?

3. What is the DC to notice an active invisible creature that is more than 30 ft away and not using stealth? What about using stealth?

4. What is the DC to pinpoint an active invisible creature that is more than 30 ft away and not using stealth? What about using stealth?

For all of these questions, assume there are no other modifiers for movement, speaking, combat, or anything else.

There, I think that covers all of the loopholes that I left open in the first thread. Of course, it's 8 questions and I doubt we'll get 8 answers. Click away on the FAQ button anyway.

The devs dont like multiquestion FAQs..

They have stated that each question should have its own FAQ.

Yeah I know it seems easier to put all the questions in one place, but for them it is not. I don't know why. I just know that is what they said.

With that aside you already know they plan to clarify some things about stealth so this is kind of pointless. Just wait until they give their answer, and if they miss anything we can ask them about that. More than likely it will be in a blog, like they did for poisons. When they do these blogs they generally stick around to answer other questions.

Since your 4 questions are at the root of stealth and invis they have to be answered anyway.
