Traits for Tetori - bent or pin?

Advice

I am searching for traits for my tetori monk. I have got heavy hitter (+1 damage for unarmed) in mind. And was thinking of going adopted and take either Bent body (+2 vs. grapple, but not to CMD for my tetori if other try to escape my grapple, otherwise this would be so nice) or Final embrace (+2 to pin). Any suggestions on what's preferable? As I see me to use pinning more often, probably I will go for final embrace. Or are there any other useful traits?
Thanks for any help.

bred for war.+1 cmb +1 intimidate

Serpentine Squeeze +1 cmd and cmb for grapple(religion)

Bent body is just +2 cmd vs resisting grapples

Nice! Esp. The serpentine squeeze. I guess it is for all grapple chrcks? Pin, tie up?? unfortunately trait boni do not stack, or?

Yes, the squeeze works on all grapple rolls. Trait bonuses do not stack. You could nto pick bred for war or bent body since they are both race, but their abilities are for different.

I am only grappling, so serpentine squeeze is a bit better. giving the +1 to resist a grapple is nice, if someone wants to reverse a grapple and might have a xchance to make the roll. Or to avoid the grapple and countergrapple.
