On the Guild Level Pledge

Just want to be sure we get it correct.

I have done all the steps but the final payment, but it did not ask for emails or anything for the other members, is that after payment or is something not working?

Also to be sure do I buy the addons for them then assign or does each log on after I complete the Guild Buy and then they get to add on stuff.

One last thing we have a slot open atm, can I just assign that to my account to give out later or does it need another Email.

Just wanting to get it correct.

If there are details written already could we get them Stuck please.

@LeeSw, you won't be able to assign the Pathfinder Online Accounts to your friends yet, since those accounts don't exist yet. Likewise, you won't be able to assign Add-Ons to those accounts yet for the same reason.

You will be able to purchase the add-ons in the Fulfillment system.

You will not be able to assign those to your friends or their PFO accounts yet. Down the road, you'll be able to do so, but it might be in a different system.

Will I be able to assign the Guild accounts to folks, at this time.

And does each account need a separate Email?

As I have 2 accounts, for myself.

2 for a friend

then 1 Single

and 2 left to give out

So will I need an email for each account, or can one email have more than one?

Do I have to assign them all now?

Once I know the above, then I buy the extras, and can give them later, cool.

Like I said trying to get it sorted before I hit go and it ask me for stuff I do not have yet.

Well, first, just in case there's any confusion, my responses are not at all official. I think if you still have questions, you should email [e-mail]. They'll be able to give you official answers in more detail.

To the best of my knowledge:

You can assign the Guild accounts to your friends as soon as they have created an account on these forums. You'll use their avatar name here for the invitation.

You can probably send more than one invitation to the same avatar, but I'm not positive.

You can save as many invitations as you want for as long as you want. You can even wait until we're several years into Open Enrollment, if you want.

Actually, you can invite people to be your Buddy using the Pledge Manager.

Scroll down the page.

You can distribute 1 account for your Buddy level Reward, and 5 accounts for your Guild level Reward.

You cannot distribute Add-Ons in the Fulfillment Tool at this time - and maybe never (we may just handle it in the future-tech Pathfinder Online account management system).

Everyone you want to distribute an account to has to have a unique email address.
