I've a question about wands. From what I understand, you can only have wands up to 4th level spells and unless the spell is on your spell list you have to pass a UMD check (which is 20+CL, I think?). My question is about the spell Flamestrike: I have an oracle who I would love to one day be able to use some wands and I've been pumping his UMD (right now he's got +10 at level 2, figure i won't try using any wands until I can get at +15 or so) and Flamestrike is one of the spells I would like to get a wand for since it's unlikely I'll ever get to reach level 10 myself.
However, the way the rules are set up confuse me at current, so I have to ask:
1. Is it even possible to get this wand? I know Druids get the spell at level 4 but Clerics/Oracles don't.
2. Assuming it is possible, would my character be able to use it?
3. Assuming I could use it, would Flamestrike count on my spell list or would it count for the druid spell list and thus require a check?
4. If it requires a check anyway, how do I determine the DC?
5. If the last four questions check out, then what would you recommend for a decent rank in UMD before I use such a wand?

For any wands, you mostly want to stick with cheap 1st level spells that are buffs or utility, or where save/SR does not apply (since it will have pitiful CL and DC). Obscuring Mist (no save or SR, nor much reliant on Cl at all, really) and Protection from Evil (to block enchantments) are perennial favorites, for example.
