I always really connected to their music. So I felt it may be interesting to get characters based off of their characters. When I say characters I mean how they pretend to be. I don't want Brian Warner and Marshall Mathers. I want Slim Shady and the Antichrist Superstar/The Archdandy/Omega/The God of ****.
Admittedly with Marilyn, it changes from album to album. So I suppose just tell me the albums and/or songs that inspired you to make your version.
With Eminem I was thinking an Oracle with tongues curse (American Psycho from Devil's Night) focusing on fighting with a kukri and a revolver.
It's a guns everywhere campaign level 10 anything paizo, a good amount of 3.5 including Tome of Battle.

I have no clue, how I would build them.
Though a Tiefling Maestro Sorcerer could look like Marilyn Manson. Abyssal or Abberrant bloodline might be fitting too.
About Eminem maybe this inspires you(or gives you some laugh).

Marilyn Manson, Antichrist Superstar:
Dhampir Sor10 (Maestro) with the favored class option (1 per 2 negative energy damage bonus) specialized in Vampiric Touch - Magical Lineage: Vampiric Touch, History of Heresy for traits
Feats: Spell Focus: Enchantment, Spell Focus: Necromancy, Spell Specialization: Vampiric Touch, Sorcerous Bloodstrike, Empower Spell
Skills: Maxed Performance, Intimidate
Stats: Cha>Dex>Int>Con>Wis>Str (or Wis>Con)
Empowered for a 4th level slot, the Vampiric Touch should do 9d6+5, and heal the same. 6d6 +5 for a 3rd lvl slot. Carry at least 1 or 2 3rd-4th lvl Pearls of Power.
Still not sure about the rest, yet...but this should be pretty sick. :p

I am currently working with yours and loving it. I gave him a lot of enchantment spells in order to make characters hate themselves and everyone else after all wasn't that what he was accused of? Terrible Remorse really made it interesting personally.
This build encompasses the style from Holy Wood, and Antichrist superstar pretty well.
Afterwards I will be creating Omega as a tiefling illusionist wizard. (Drugs are everywhere with magic.)
The Archdandy should be a pretty similar design to the first build just with more emphasis on evocationist spells in place of necromancy.
The eat me, drink me era comes off as a bard but eh I don't care to take the least emotional and creative album as worthy of a build.
High End of Low and Born Villian both have a very flashy destructive and paramilitary element mixed in. So I think that a spell slinger wizard would work well here.
