I was wondering if anyone could thing of already existing magic items or spells (that can be turned into items) that allow for anime-like effects.
Things like:
Charge Jumping
Incredibly High Jumps
I know we already have dimensional agility covers some of this so don't bother mentioning.
What would you also consider an anime-like effect, and how would you convert this RAW with magic?

Bladed Dash and Greater Bladed Dash is a fantastic spell that emulates the high speed action of anime I thought, when used with magus's spell combat it allows gives him a quasi pounce. Quickened on an item would be fun for any martial.

Boots that do this would be cool.

The casting of these spells already grants an attack or multiple attacks as part of the spell. No need to Quicken them. In terms of cost, my instinctive reaction is to price them the same as boots of speed for boots of the bladed dash (10 rounds/day).
Other spells that are awesome for anime-style nastiness: forceful strike (swift action to deal up to 10d4 bonus force damage plus a weak bull rush attempt in conjunction with a weapon attack), lead blades, and cold ice strike.

You can already move and attack in the same round. That just lets you ignore AoO at best I feel like. Magus uses it for a quasi pounce, being able to use it as a swift will similarly allow you to dash forward and perform a really killer charge or two, which I think is a lot like anime. Running though a bunch of foes and hitting a guy at the end or doing one charge with a flurry of blows.

Cold Ice Strike? Please explain.

The spells have a standard casting time yet permit one/multiple attacks as part of the 30' movement provided by the casting of the spell as I read the spell's text. Thus, they don't need to be Quickened. They are great spells for zipping forward via Spell Combat and unloading a "full attack +1" on the sucker at the end.

Swift action cast generates a line of energy (in this case, cold) in but a second with a V and S component. How is that not anime? :)

If you quicken you can still get the full attack off. That was the point. I know the cast time and you already get to attack.

True. As a magic item though, getting it Quickened gets expensive really fast!

Ohhh nice catch; I don't think that is RAI.

The 3E/PF system desperately needs a means to make mid-air jumps. My friend and I figured the easiest way to "justify" it would be magical shoes that emit a brief, tiny plane of force beneath your feet for you to push off of.
Fast Healing is important so that the Shonen characters can have a brutal bloody fight...then fight again later in the same day at full strength again in defiance of all logic and human biology.
Also, all martial characters need Surekill attacks.

I really don't like the idea of using magic items as the only means. A lot of this should just be innate to the character / Charles Atlas Superpowers.

The way I figure it, this is mostly for cool esthetic rather than something to be depended on.
