Evil campaign somewhat fizzled. Partially my fault because im unable at this point in my DMing career to build an effective world and think of things off the cuff so to speak.
SO the party is as follows all starting at lvl 2.
Kensai/Black Blade Magus with insane rolls (12,15,17,17,18,18)
Goblin Gunslinger
Drow JuJu Oracle
Dunno which ap I want to run. Dont know what will even work.

Right, if they were wanting to do evil, then definitely do Way of the Wicked! Nothing for you to design at all, it's an Evil AP, with rules to limit your crazy evilness!
More of the neutral route? If you're new at GMing, then probably not Kingmaker, but you can't go wrong with Runelords or Shackles.

Rise of the runelords isnt really good for a neutral party. It really is designed with the players wanting to be heroes in mind. If they are neutral they will find themselves lacking enthusiasm to persuing the plot of the adventure.
Kingmaker is a pretty solid adventure for a neutral party of questionable makeup. You are creating the kingdom, and can thus drive in that whole diversity thing (or lack there of) as its rulers and can be as neutral as you like. Skull and shackles could also work if your party would like to play out being pirates. Which given your party makeup could work really well.
