Void elemental school spell list

Hello, I am new to pathfinder and am creating my first character. I am creating an elf wizard with the void school specialization.

It says,

"Void Magic

Add the following spells to your wizard spell list at the listed spell level:

1st—keen senses, 3rd—twilight knife*, 4th—wandering star motes, 6th—true seeing, 8th—moment of prescience."

Does that mean that I am able to choose 2 spells of any school in levels not indeicated above?
