The new releases from April have been uploaded to the Archives. All new material currently marked as PFS Illegal until "Additional Resouces" on Paizo are updated with the new books (except for Ultimate Equipment, which has the correct information).
Speaking of which, Ultimate Equipment is finally complete! That massive book is all in the Archives and ready to be viewed.
Lastly, the site has undergone a much needed facelift! Please let me know what you think about the new design, whether good or ill.
Enjoy!

You're posting content before it is available in stores for at least 2 weeks?
We (d20pfsrd.com) have been doing that since day 1 but lately it seems as if you're posting as soon as you can. We've been done with Champions of Purity for some time but were holding off due to the understanding with Paizo but if Paizo doesn't care about that any longer then we'll go ahead and start doing the same.

The content gets posted in the Archives as soon as I receive it via my subscriptions, which is at the same time the physical copies are shipped. Considering any subscriber has a copy, I wasn't too concerned with other 'street dates'. That said, I've never heard of them to begin with, at least in regards to making use of the Community Use Policy.
I'm also not an official Paizo spokesperson in this regard, so may not be the best person to ask. As pointed out, your site is commercial now, which may have different rules.
This sounds like a great email conversation to me.
Agreed. Jreyst, if you want to discuss this more, go ahead and shoot me a mail using asknethys@karuikage.net. This thread should probably be for any questions or concerns surrounding the initial announcement's content.

Per the OGL, we cannot add additional terms to Open Game Content*, so we can't require a waiting period. We do respectfully request that sites that wish to use new content from our products wait two weeks after the street date for those products.
*We could add terms to the Pathfinder RPG Compatibility License, or to our Community Use Policy, that make those licenses non-applicable for use on sites or products that use certain content until a certain date has passed, but we've thus far chosen not to do that.
