Umbral Court Agent - Shadow Chains

I have a question regarding the "Shadow Chains" ability of the Umbral Court Agent prestige class (in Paths of Prestige)

There is a wording like "...touch of darkness ability one additional time per day
."

Where is this "touch of darkness" ability described? Is it missing or am I just blind :-)

Touch of darkness is ability granted by Darkness domain, which Umbral Agent gets at 1st level.
