So, Leblanc is my most favorite champion to play in League of Legends, and I have been wanting to make her in quite a few games of mine. Problem is that I don't know that playing a pure illusionist wizard is really gonna cut it. I feel like she is obviously a bit more than that. Can anyone offer any suggestions on what I would need to really make this character?
I have seen the conversion post, but feel it wasn't really good enough of an explanation.

The most important thing is a clear understanding with your DM about what illusions can and cannot do. Put 10 DMs in a room with an illusionist character, and you'll get pretty close to 10 different approaches to handling illusions.
I've had a DM flat out tell me that any of my enemies can, at a whim, automatically "disbelieve" my illusions at which time they don't need any more saving throws and don't suffer any effects from the spells. Want to send an illusion of a troll to attack an enemy's camp, why, if that enemy even thinks for a second that the troll is not behaving like a perfectly real troll, he can auto "disbelieve" and then the troll cannot bother him ever again - and if he saw me cast the spell, he will auto "disbelieve" every spell I ever cast - and no, if I then cast a real fireball, his "disbelief" doesn't make him more vulnerable or even penalize his saving throw.
Clearly, don't play an illusionist with a DM like that.
I've had some DMs go to the opposite extreme, refusing to even let me try to disbelieve an illusion when I had good in-character reasons to do so.
That would be a great time to play an illusionist if you have a DM like that.
In any case, be sure that you and the DM see very clearly, eye-to-eye, on what you can and cannot do or you may be in for some painful disappointment.

I think what you're looking for would be the Veiled Illusionist PrC. Your best bet would be 5 Sorcerer into Veiled Illusionist. You would have lots of spells per day for your silent, minor, and greater images, your charisma will be high so you can bluff when magic isn't feasible, and due to the fact the PrC gives you an extra illusion spell known every level you'll be able to take extra offensive spells like fire ball. You could even throw a bit of Yorick in there by focusing in necromancy / summoning into the mix.

I think the teleportation school would make more sense than the illusion school. Set up ambushes with your fellow players then teleport over any difficult terrain you set up. Prepare readied actions before combat starts. I would also work on the bluff skill, even if you aren't the party face it would synergize well with her from an RP perspective. Be a slippery devil the bad guys just can't seem to pin down.
Most importantly, have fun with it!
