Advice for a ranger's favored enemy & terrain

I have a level 13 ranger and need to choose a new favored enemy and terrain. Current favored enemies are giant and undead. Current favored terrains are forest and underground.

This PC is not currently involved in an active campaign; I'm converting him from 3.5 to PF.

So, I'd like some advice on what would be a useful favored enemy and terrain to choose.

So much of this really is campaign dependent..

That said, dragons, evil outsiders, and humans are all very prominent in the list of high level threats that are commonly seen. I don't really have any suggestions for favored terrain.

Urban, and evil outsiders. It's really too late for magical beasts...

Forrest's and magical beasts go together
Aberitions and underground
Giants and plains
Dragons and mountains
Humans and urban
