How do I edit the title of a thread I've started?

I want to turn an Interest Check thread into an official Recruitment thread. I figure the easiest way to do so is to simply change the title, but I can't seem to find anyway to do that.
Is it even possible? Or should I just start a new thread?

After 1 hour, you cannot change a post at all. I think that even within the hour you cannot change the title. I would just start a new thread.
