Do unnamed bonuses add to CMD? I see a particular list stating what types of bonuses do add to CMD, but I see nothing concerning unnamed bonuses.
Speaking of which, would the sacred bonus applied to your shield when using Vindicator's Shield also apply to CMD? Even though shield bonuses normally don't add to CMD?

Bonuses to touch AC also add to CMD per the rules.
Also per the rules, the types of bonuses that do not add to touch AC are explicitly listed (armor, shield, natural armor...) along with some unique AC bonuses scattered about that might themselves say they do not add to touch AC.
So by RAW, an untyped bonus to AC that does not specify otherwise adds to touch AC and thus also adds to CMD.
But I'll hit FAQ, even though the rules are pretty clear here, IMO.
As for Vindicator, if it is adding to your shield AC specifically rather than just "a sacred bonus to AC", it would not add to touch/CMD.
(I love the 3E-using PF games, I can grab a feat to apply shield AC to touch AC and also cause my CMD to skyrocket)

Could you quote that "RAW"?
CMD just explicitly lists what affects it, not mentioning Untyped or any relation to Touch AC.
So I don't see how applying Shield AC to Touch AC would apply it to CMD?
A creature's CMD is determined using the following formula:
CMD = 10 + Base attack bonus + Strength modifier + Dexterity modifier + special size modifierThe special size modifier for a creature's Combat Maneuver Defense is as follows: Fine –8, Diminutive –4, Tiny –2, Small –1, Medium +0, Large +1, Huge +2, Gargantuan +4, Colossal +8. Some feats and abilities grant a bonus to your CMD when resisting specific maneuvers. A creature can also add any circumstance, deflection, dodge, insight, luck, morale, profane, and sacred bonuses to AC to its CMD. Any penalties to a creature's AC also apply to its CMD. A flat-footed creature does not add its Dexterity bonus to its CMD.
Now, I PERSONALLY apply Untyped Bonus to CMD, but that is not actually suggested by RAW, nor is any relation to Touch AC even though Untyped is seemingly the only AC bonus which applies to Touch AC but not CMD. But that's because it logically seems like it SHOULD given the similarities and the logical need to touch somebody before trying some physical maneuver on them... And that I was involved in the playtest of CMB/CMD during Beta where we explicitly explored applying ALL Touch AC mods to CMD, when it's first iteration included NO Touch AC mods besides DEX, and that result was amazingly successful and all of it's results were implemented EXCEPT Untyped Bonuses.
IMHO, that is likely an artifact of the choice to explicitly list all the bonuses, rather than say 'all bonuses that apply to Touch AC' or simply derive CMD from Touch AC by adding in BAB, STR, and reversing the Size Mod. Incidentally, Paizo DID Errata CMD to include Luck bonuses and a few others which were originally left out/'forgotten', but somehow didn't also Errata in Untyped Bonuses. I feel that partly may have been my fault since I don't think I called out Untyped while I did call out Luck and some other ones which they fixed. Of course, the clean solution from my perspective was just making explicit that it uses all Touch AC bonuses or just directly derive from Touch AC... which would save space anyways.

Well here is the wording of it:
"A vindicator can channel energy into his shield as a standard action; when worn, the shield gives the vindicator a sacred bonus (if positive energy) or profane bonus (if negative energy) to his Armor Class equal to the number of dice of the vindicator's channel energy. This bonus lasts for 24 hours or until the vindicator is struck in combat, whichever comes first. The shield does not provide this bonus to any other wielder, but the vindicator does not need to be holding the shield for it to retain this power."
It says the shield gives a bonus to the AC, instead of something like "the vindicator receives a sacred bonus to his shield bonus" or something along those lines. Sounds to me like the sacred bonus from the shield would apply to CMD.
