Dhampir Sorcerer using Disrupt Undead

Im playing as a Dhampir Sorcerer Dragonic bloodline, i was wondering if i can use the Disrupt Undead level 0 spell without causing harm to myself since its a ray of positive energy, and Dhampirs have negative energy affinity (react to negative and positive energy as an undead does; pos harms and neg heals).
Also, does anybody have healing tips for a Dhampir?

Why would it harm yourself to cast a spell? If you had to hurt yourself to cast the spells it would be impossible to use them.

Wand of infernal healing is a nice out of combat heal that isn't negative or positive.

Unless you decide to hit yourself with it, you'll be fine. Disrupt Undead doesn't effect the caster.

Infernal Healing will heal you just fine, as long as you don't mind evil spells. Using the heal skill can increase your natural healing as well.
