I'm trying to figure out if the Improved Unarmored specialist explicity goes against anyone getting an armor bonus to their AC from various magic items that grant an 'armor bonus'. One player was dumb enough to think 'natural armor amulet grants a natural armor bonus which is still an 'armored bonus' so if i can't use it then it's worth shit to me.'. It just made me face palm and think 'what the f@## kind of DM did he use to be'... Honestly, I'm trying to figure out if Bracers of Armor are unallowed with this feat or not.

Looks like a 3rd party feat. It explicitly says:
Benefit: As long as you do not have any armor bonus to AC (such as from wearing armor, or from the spell mage armor), double your Dexterity bonus for the purposes of your AC (for example, a character with a Dexterity score of 15 would have a +4 Dexterity bonus to AC, because the normal bonus is +2, and doubled it becomes +4). Anything that would cause you to be denied your Dexterity bonus to AC still causes you to lose the entire bonus.
So bracers of armour denies the feat in my book.
Sorry browser a bit combersome on phone

FINALLY someone with a mentality of higher than intelligence 2 that agrees with me...
I don't know if anyone else ever had players as dumb as the one i'm with before but... I just get bad blood pressure from their idiocy over this thing.

On a side note, if you have a question about third-party material, it belongs in the third-party section. "Rules Questions" is about official Paizo material. Regarding the feat itself, if your dex bonus is 4, then the feat matches Mage Armor. Higher than 4 beats MA. How it stacks up against Bracers of Armor is more tricky because Bracers can have special armor abilities and anywhere from 1-8 AC depending on the rating of the item. Of course, you'd need at least 8 Dex bonus to match or exceed what Bracers gives you, but you also should consider whether you want the special bonuses that bracers can give.

To be a bit more accurate, if bracers have a special ability, the plus value of that ability is included in the maximum of +8 value that bracers can have.

That doesn't make these questions totally off topic. After all you are integrating these third party rules packets with Paizo material.
