Help prize an item

Hey all

the Cleric in my group is mainly a healer, so I want him to have an item that buffs his healing...

his main heals is channeling, so this is what I wan't to focus on...

starting item:

Phylactery of Positive Channeling

however... I want him to be able to add his wisdom modifier to the channel result with the phylactery.

How much would the item be worth with this little twist??

[spoiler=Background info] We have used a highpower statarray at char gen, so the char have a +8 wisdom modifier. also the price is only relevant to compare wealth to the other chars...)

Generelly, the +8 wisdom modifier is similar to the average +7 the phylactery gives. For pricing, I would be inclined to use the phylactery price.
You might make it slightly cheaper, since it depend on a very high ability score.
If you want it to benefit other types of healing than just channels, then it should be priced higher.

The whole 'wisdom bonus on magical healing' seem more like a feat or ability than an magic item to me. Magic items seldom depend on / increase by, the PCs stats. If their healing lack a bit more strength, you might grant him a bonus feat that benefit the entire group.

It's meant as an improved phylactery...usable by any who can channel, but more by chars with high wis score...
