In the NPC codex, MURDEROUS SCYTHE has +3 glamered darkwood full plate.
Since a darkwood shield has no ACP, would darkwood armor also have no ACP or some kind of ACP reduction?

The shield has no ACP because darkwood shields are specifically called out as having their ACP lessened by two. Read the writ-up for darkwood.
