Can spells from a Wand be cast through Spectral Hand?

Rules Questions

What the title says, basically.

Spectral Hand allows "Touch" spells to be delivered at a distance as ranged touch attacks. Obviously, spells a caster has memorized or casts from a scroll can use this method, but what about spells in a wand - a Wand of Shocking Grasp, let's say.

Once a caster has Spectral Hand up and running, can he use the Hand to deliver spells he subsequently casts from a wand (using the wand as a spell-storage item as you would a scroll) or does the wand have to physically touch the intended target in all cases in order to deliver the spell?

One of my fellow DMs and I have chased this one all over but haven't been able to find a definitive answer as yet. Any help or references would be greatly appreciated.
